Most of the vehicles supplies are one owner, come with all the keys and books etc. and many are not recorded on the VCAR register. Theses suppliers are generally self-insured and have outstanding buying power with the manufacturers which often results in them selling vehicles which would normally be repaired if going through insurance, for all customers these often represent bargain purchases that would normally not be available in the market. Most of the vehicles are VAT qualifying (the VAT can be deducted from the selling price) which is of particular interest to export customers and business owners.
